CISAA's 19th Annual General Meeting

The nineteenth Annual General Meeting of CISA Association (CISAA) will be held on Friday, 6th July 2007, 6.00pm at SR1 (S16 Level 3), School of Computing, NUS.
We are also inviting nominations for election to the executive committee of CISAA. According to the CISAA constitution, only Ordinary Local Members have the right to vote and to hold office. You may nominate up to 11 candidates using the prescribed form, which you can download by clicking HERE. Every nomination must be duly proposed and seconded by Ordinary Local Members. As the consent of the nominee is required, please bring along the nomination form to the AGM.
Please note that at least one quarter or 50, whichever is less, of the total paid-up Ordinary Members must be present at the AGM to form a quorum.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- President report
- Treasurer report
- Election of the 2007/8 Executive Committee
- Reception for special guest Professor Yuen Chung Kwong
- Any other business
The meeting will be followed by a reception at the same venue.
In the past year, the Association has continued to move forth in a bold direction, with more alumni from the industry and current SoC undergraduates playing active roles in the activities organized by the Association. It also opens up great opportunity for alumni from various sectors of IT industry to mingle and exchange business ideas. We would like to urge all alumni to come forward and serve your fellow alumni.
